Staff were amazing across the board. All were pleasant/friendly and interactive while staying professional and efficient for all guests. Even the younger staff were solution minded. E.G.: When one family asked Savannah, who was filing waters at their table, about taking a drink order, she smiled and offered to take non-alcohol orders herself or quickly find a waiter/waitress to take the rest. No excuses, just helpful. Later, I saw a member trying to surprise his guests by going to the bar to request an off menu cocktail. When the bartender realized she didn't have right kind of ice to do it properly, she came up with a substitute the member seemed to think made the cocktail even better. Then she organized a group of staff to come help her and the member carry the drinks to the table so the presentation could be simultaneous, adding even more fun to the surprise.
