Course in good condition. Very pretty. But, the course allows people to play in groups as large as six. There are golf courses in the area that would be better suited for such groups that don’t have set tee times or use a ranger… and as this course employs a ranger… it’s very odd they don’t limit group sizes for pace of play purposes.

A great place to play. Challenges each skill level. The bunkers have great sand and the greens are well kept. The rate makes it a great value. Oh.. the scenery.. phenomenal views!

Great affordable golf course. The greens are in great shape and there is a good variety of long and short holes. On some evenings, you can walk 9 after a set time for $10.

Course is in pretty good shape. Started on front 9 and it took us 1 hour to play 4 holes and NO ranger in sight!! Hole 9 ranger comes up to us and asks us to speed up play. I stated clearly…then you need to address that with the group in front of us!!! We waited and waited on them for the front 9. We skipped the clubhouse to get around them and the ranger had already instructed the group in front of us to speed up a little. We’re playing at a good pace for 2 holes and we had a player that just had that 1 bad hole on the round. I’m sure we’ve all done that!! Lol. Ranger pulls up again and says speed up play… I almost LOST IT!! I’m a very level headed person. I looked at him and said in a stern voice… we’re playing like we always do and golfers are never waiting on us!! Well the group in front of you are on the next tee box. I said ok so we had one bad hole!! WHERE WAS YOU THE WHOLE FRONT 9 WHEN WE WAITED EVERY SINGLE HOLE!!?!? From that moment I couldn’t keep score because I was being pissed. Trust me… don’t care if I ever go back to that place again!!! I understand the speed of play… but before you call us out TWICE… get your ranger out there to make sure EVERYBODY is playing up to speed!!! Pine Oaks will not be getting any more of my money. The Crossing is a much better course anyway. So BYE FELICIA

Pine Oaks? More like Pine Jokes! Idk where to begin. It rained lightly the day before and turned everything into a swamp/river. Not to mention all the cups were filled with nasty water that I refused to finish my putt into. The rough was a mile high and you could only see balls in that kind of grass if you stood within 10 feet of them. Tee boxes were like ashtrays. Pine needles are everywhere on the greens. Overall the course quality was very inconsistent and was virtually impossible to get into a groove. Also saw NOBODY working out on the course the entire day to fix this mess. I’ve been here many times and it never changes so I give up

I was here for my son to play golf with his school team and I'm disabled and I wanted to watch him play and help the coach out because he is only one person they would not give me a cart I could see if they didn't have one because they were to busy but I've seen them a lot busyer... I don't understand this at all... I just think they didn't want to have to go get it and put it back
