Spread across rolling terrain, the layout embraces a classic parkland style defined by mature trees framing gently undulating fairways. This combination delivers a test of precision and strategy without overwhelming players, appealing to those who appreciate thoughtful shot-making over sheer length.

The course's par and yardage create a fair but challenging platform. At just over 6,700 yards from the back tees and playing to a par of 72, the holes invite a variety of approaches. Tight driving lines meld with well-placed bunkers and subtly contoured greens that require careful club selection and sound course management. Strategic water hazards and native vegetation come into play on key holes, providing both visual interest and challenge. With its pastoral surroundings, the course remains quiet and secluded, an ideal retreat from urban bustle.

Players of all skill levels will find the course approachable yet rewarding. Lower handicaps will appreciate the precision demanded, while higher handicaps benefit from clear fairway corridors and thoughtfully positioned hazards that encourage safer play options. Seasonal conditions typically range from firm and fast in summer to softer turf in spring and fall, affecting strategy and shot execution.

For golfers planning a visit or joining the club, understanding access and rules is essential. Tee times require member sponsorship, and caddies are available on request but not mandatory. Attention to the club’s dress code ensures a respectful atmosphere aligned with its private status. Do not waste your money staying here. It is overpriced for what it is and the service and customer care is garbage. Housekeeping is only upon request which would be fine but they don’t bother notifying you at check in and if you call in the morning, they likely won’t be able to schedule it for you. They have events that use far more parking spots than they have near the lodge and they do NOTHING to protect it for people staying there. Your only option is ann overflow gravel lot at the far end of the property which fills up too. This place prices itself like a 4 star resort with views and great services but it’s really a 2.5 star experience at best with many room views being parking lots. You will find a better experience at a Double Tree and even most Hampton Inns than this place.

I rarely ever leave reviews, but this one absolutely deserves it. My stay at the hotel was, frankly, awful—I was ready to leave a 1-star review based on that experience alone. But before I left, I decided to stop by the golf shop, and that one decision changed everything. I was welcomed immediately and warmly by Natalie, and she completely turned my day around. Her professionalism, kindness, and enthusiasm were next-level. I had originally planned to just pick up a ball marker for my husband, but because of her outstanding service and engaging personality, I ended up walking out with over $300 worth of merchandise—and a much better impression of the property overall. Natalie is a true asset to your team, and because of her, what started as a negative experience became a memorable and positive one. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at this resort! Staff were friendly and welcoming and the check-in and -out process was very smooth. Rooms were awesome, cozy and clean, and we loved the layout. The body wash/shampoo dispensers were empty when we got there, but a simple call to the front desk was super quick to fix that. The shower drained seemed a bit clogged and drained slow. We had a great time at the pool and gym. If you're a mountain biker, there is access to Phils and even just around the hotel there are a few trails that are super fun and in great shape!

Outstanding resort. I'm taking the mattress home with me. They are incredibly comfortable. Rooms are nice and spacious. Showers are spectacular. There's a cafe within walking distance. Then there's the golf course. I'm definitely coming back

Very disappointing experience. We’ve had their food several times in the past, which is always been delicious. We made reservations arrived in advance as we asked for outdoor seating they were going to sit us inside. We asked if we could still go outside. They said yes, and they would turn the heater on. After 15 minutes of sitting waiting for waite staff, we decided we are going to leave . The Waite staff met us our way out and apologized. We said OK will give you another opportunity. They brought us our drinks. We ordered our appetizer and sat for another 20 minutes. Also noticed several other patrons getting up and leaving because they also had not been waited upon. It may not be the top of the season but they are not on the top of their game. Ridiculous and with all the high-quality food available in Bend, we won’t be going back.
