The place is really nice and really enjoyed the time there. The clubs they supply are great if you don’t bring your own. The staff was really nice and helpful my server was on point on the beer. The games they have are fun and can really hone your skills oh ball placement. The mini golf course was nice to kill time

I’ve been to quite a few of these and it’s a pretty good TopGolf. The server was nice but the food wasn’t good or must’ve come out later than it was prepared. They keep the place neat and clean though, which is great but some of the equipment could be replaced like the well worn mats and the ripped golf club grips

UPDATE: Don’t bother responding to the generic response to the bad reviews. It’s a corporate form, saying they will pass on the concerns to the “manager” at the location. The managers at this location are part of the problem. What a joke! 😂 My family and I usually come here once every 3 weeks, because it’s expensive! It is totally worth it though, because there is nothing like it in Albuquerque and it’s great family time! However, tonight the food was terrible. I am telling myself they hired some new cook who was still learning the menu! My complaint isn’t more so the food, it was the manager that came over after our sever confirmed our sliders looked burnt. One manger named Jakob Croft, came by and said he would have it sent back, then before not even 6 minutes later, the burnt sliders were reserved to me, and another lady whom claimed to be “leadership” said the reason they are that dark is because of the seasoning and for safety reasons had to be cooked to a certain temperature! CLEARLY I understand you have to cook chicken to a certain temp, but we just order the same dish 3 weeks ago, which looked and tasted completely different! I would have understood that the kitchen is busy, or we have a new chef, but to come and lie to our entire table like we’re morons is what made this entire experience unacceptable! Two pictures of the exact same dish and what our previous order from 3 weeks ago was. Top golf is not cheap, we spend about $300 every time we go! Managers need to have better training on what acceptable food is, and provide better customer service. What a disappointment! On a positive note, golfing is always fun, and our server was really great, I felt bad she was the middle man and couldn’t help the kitchen’s mistakes and the one lady manager’s comments! I never leave negative reviews (in my 4 years, never left a 1 star review) because I am all for supporting businesses locally but this was absolutely horrendous food!

Brought my dad here for his birthday on a Monday right when they opened. It was nice and quiet with hardly anyone there and we were greeted as soon as we walked in. Bathrooms were nice and clean and there were tons of seating boyh indoor and outdoor with large televisions everywhere. Our hostess was very nice and friendly and I thought that the value for two hours was very fair. I'd come back with again and maybe try the food.

Show up 45 minutes early and wouldn't start us early even though they were still accepting walk ins and still accepting online bookings for 30 minutes earlier. Food and drink service was much faster than any other top golf I've been to.

Just wanted to share my experience with top golf. It was our 3rd time in. We haven't had great servers the last two times, so i wasn't to thrilled on coming in again. My family wanted to go so i tagged along. Well today we got a server who is brand new. We were greeted by a very friendly lots of energy server named Becca. She greeted us in a timely manner, took our drink and food order quickly, and she continued to check on us multiple times during our time there. 10/10 we will be coming back. The experience we had was great. She was awesome! Next time hopefully we get her again. Thank you Becca!!!

To be fair it was only so expensive because we went over the time the set budget allotted us to order unlimited drinks and food. However there was no warning when our time was up and we had reached our limit which was somewhat upsetting because we did confirm on a couple of occasions. Edit: it must be said I personally don't like golf however if I did I'm sure I would've rated it higher but I don't. Also I really was just here for my brother's birthday party and the service wasn't so bad I'd avoid the place but it also wasn't so great that I'd go out of my way. It's far too expensive for two twenty year olds on a date and my wrist hurt for two days.

They don't allow service dogs even if they have a whole reason in front of them came in with my best friend whose blind in one eye and they wouldn't let us saying he was a distraction and the security guard threatened to kick the dog and we were standing at the counter when we were explaining and asking a reason why she can have her dog in them we were told we needed to leave and the guard walked up to us standing next to my friend and her dog and the security guard lifted his leg as to kick the dog as in fear of the dogs safety we left not wanting to push it further.Still waiting on the refund of our reservation on the bay. Called a few times no response and when they would pick up they hung up the phone right away. (Update) Went to the provided link as shown in "owner's response" does not lead me anywhere other than to just top golf websites. I got a separate email with contact information and it led me to just calling Topgolf itself. And the rude lady I talked to over the phone put me on hold twice and hung up on my three times nothing was resolved. And I doubt any of it world...
