Well Tee times are just a suggestion here. You show up and usually there are 10-15 people sitting on the first tee box. Everyone is there to get drunk. Course is usually is fair shape, just make sure you practice putting on carpet before you come. The pace of play is about like a turtle crossing a paved road. Usually a 5-6 hour round. Don’t be surprised if your cart breaks down on you either. Course is fairly short. Just need your driver, 56, and putter. Overall, I would give it a 4.3/10 because it is affordable but pace of play and course condition is sub par.
