Really nice, relatively short, geologically themed walk up the Ragga Gorge. Wooden path along the steep walls make sure it's not too difficult to get up there. Quite a bit of steps and stairs, but very much doable. With Kärnten Card free entrance.

We loved it! 1-1,5hour scenic walk through the canyon. Powerful Alpine river running through the mountain. Take note that there are some “stairs” to climb. We did it after visiting Mölltaler Glacier. Both are close by so worth visiting on the same day. Included in a Kärnten Card. (This card saves a lot of money if you do more activities in the region!).

A truly wonderful place. The views are just stunning, there are some information boards along the way with interesting scientific facts about the gorge. It takes about 90 minutes for the return journey. Do wear good boots, as there are some steep climbs (and descents). It's possible to buy the tickets online, but there is no advantage really as you still need to wait in line to have the QR code scanned at the ticket office.

We visited Raggaschlucht Gorge recently and loved it. The wooden platform walkway attached to the side of the gorge was steep but not too difficult to climb. In some places it is a bit slippery so watch your step. We loved the sound and rush of the water as it cascaded through the gorge. It truly is a exhilarating experience.
