Pearson's Falls and Glen Preserve is a serene 275-acre botanical sanctuary situated in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina. Managed by the Tryon Garden Club, it is home to a remarkable diversity of over 200 species of rare and native plants, as well as mosses, lichens, and trees. The centerpiece of the preserve is the breathtaking 90-foot Pearson's Falls, which cascades down a steep rock face into Colt Creek. This area was first discovered by Charles Pearson in the 19th century and later acquired by the Tryon Garden Club in 1931 to preserve its natural beauty.
